Shelley M. Yamauchi

Shelley MacDonald Widmer Yamauchi, born on June 29, 1950, in Thorp, Wisconsin, to Fritz Widmer and Susan (MacDonald) Widmer of Petoskey, Michigan, passed away unexpectedly on October 4, 2024, due to a sudden coronary infarction.

Shelley dedicated 35 loving years to her husband, Craig, whose life she enriched with her warmth and spirit. She often spoke of her deep longing to reunite with her beloved parents, whom she missed dearly throughout her life.

A passionate cat lover, Shelley brought joy and companionship to many furry friends. Her kindness and generosity touched the hearts of those around her, and she will be sorely missed by all who knew her.

Shelley's legacy of love and devotion will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends. May she rest in peace, reunited with her parents.

A memorial service will be held at 6 pm, Friday October 18, 2024 at Hulke Family Funeral Home with Jody Hagedorn officiating. Visitation will be held that day at the funeral home from 4 pm until the time of services. Private family inurnment will take place at a later date.
