Mary Ann Socha

Mary Ann Socha passed away unexpectedly on Sunday September 26th.

She was born to Larry and Jeanette Socha in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, September 6, 1960. After college, Mary focused on raising her two sons who meant the world to her. She was creative, conversational, intelligent, and loving. She had an eye for beauty that could be seen in her photography, style, and decor.  Always busy with the next project she loved to express her creativity in many ways such as knitting, cooking, and gardening.

She encouraged her two sons to stay motivated and healthy, both spiritually and physically.

She is survived by her sons, Ryan Neal and Nolan Neal and her brothers Cyril (Cheryl) Socha, Gerald (Ricka) Socha. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Steven Socha.

A memorial mass for Mary will take place at 12 pm on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 1812 Lynn Avenue, Altoona, WI 54720 with Father Peter Kieffer officiating.  Memorial visitation will take place at the church Thursday morning from 11 am until the time of service.  Inurnment will take place in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Eau Claire immediately following the mass.
