Kim passed away peacefully at home with her son by her side. Kim was born on July 28, 1955 to Jim and Jo Wilhelm. She attended Fall Creek High School and graduated in 1973. She married Don Moss on July 27, 1974 and had two children, Kristi and Travis. After Don’s passing, she married Nubby Kohlhepp in December of 2003.
Kim enjoyed many things in life including watching her grandchildren play sports, fishing, traveling with friends, playing cribbage, and going to the casino. Some of her last greatest adventures included her trip to the Rainy River walleye fishing, spending every weekend on the water that she wasn’t watching her grandson (Caleb) play baseball.
Kim is survived by her daughter Kristi (Bob) Southern and son Travis (Jodee) Moss. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren Hailey (Ben Allds) Moss, Caleb, Nylee and Landon Moss, great grandson Flinn Allds, mother-in-law Jane Moss, sister Kae (Kevin) Deal, Don’s siblings Bill (Tamy) Moss, Becky Gruen, Linda (Dennis) Zich, Debbie (Roger) Jackson, Bonnie (Mike) Nyseth, David (Ruth) Moss, and numerous nieces and nephews and extended family.
A special thanks to Heather, Tara and Aurora from St Croix Hospice and Kim’s caregivers Shawna and Chris. Kim was able to have her final wish of being at home when she passed.
Travis and Jodee would like to extend the utmost gratitude to Amber, Mark, Landon and Peyton Alexander, Chelsie, Kyle, Raquel and Paxton Zich, Shawna and Colin Streif and Makenna Prill. Kim’s last wishes would not have been possible without the love and support from all of you in Kim’s final days.
