Joshua J. Klint

Joshua James Klint, aged 36, passed away peacefully on September 8, 2024, at his home in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. 

Although his birth due-date was 8/8/88, he was born “early” on July 23, 1988, in Boynton Beach Florida, to Jerome Virgil Klint and Glenda Fayne (Link) Klint. While growing up, he lived in Florida, Texas, Kansas and Wisconsin. Joshua was a 2007 graduate of Menomonie High School. Joshua joined the United States Air Force in 2009 and served in Japan, Korea and stateside. After leaving the military, Joshua traveled extensively. He married Stephanie Ann (Dolan) Klint on November 2, 2019,in Woodville, Wisconsin. Joshua and Stephanie became the proud parents of 3 young boys, Lincoln John Klint (1/27/2017), Julian Jerome Klint (1/12/2018), and Jamison Joshua Klint (9/13/2019), along with a beloved step-son Lukas Terrance Zegarowicz (4/13/2006). 

Joshua worked as a Welding Supervisor with CURT Manufacturing LLC in Eau Claire. He was well loved by his colleagues and friends with whom he worked. He displayed wonderful problem-solving skills and was very outgoing. He loved exploring the outdoors with his children and friends. These trips resulted in numerous wonderful stories and adventures. Joshua always had the ability to make anyone smile. His wife and family were his two biggest passions. 

Joshua is preceded in death by his Mother Glenda Fayne Link, his Grandmother Janet Link, his Grandfather Virgil Klint, his cousin Derek Martin and his nephew Diego Ramirez.

He is survived by his wife, Stephanie and their children; a younger sister Erika Dawn Klint (Menomonie WI) and her children Ramon Stanford, Georgie Maye McCoy, Kirk, Angel and Wyatt Koob-Thrasher, older sister Rochelle and Nick Rodriquez (Basehor KS) and children Giuliano (son Joaquin), Benaiah, Abrah; parents Jerome and Rosemarie Klint (Lenexa, KS); Grandfather James Arthur Link (Chippewas Falls WI) and family; Grandmother Marvelle Klint (Eden Prairie MN); Timothy John and Jackie Dolan (Bruce WI); Karlye and Doug Nieman (Spooner WI); Sarah and Matthew Hom (St. Cloud MN) and children Oliver, Henry and Gus; and many other Aunts, Uncles, cousins, family and friends. 

A memorial service for Josh will take place at 12 pm (noon) on Monday, September 23, 2024 at Hulke Family Funeral Home. Visitation will take place that day at the funeral home from 10:30 am until the time of service. Military honors will conclude the memorial service, and a celebration will take place following the service (details pending). Private family inurment will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers memorials in Josh's name are preferred to the family for a memorial fund created for naming at Arbor Place or a memorial bench to be created.
