Ernest "Ernie" J. Weisbeck

Ernest J. (Ernie) Weisbeck, 89, passed away peacefully at Vita Care Living in Menomonie, WI on July 17, 2025. Ernest was born on August 23, 1935 in Eau Claire, WI to the late John and Mabel Weisbeck. He is survived by his sister Dorothy Baker, nieces Cindy Baker, Deb (Darryl) Schaefer, Sandy (Randy) Hart, and Pam (Tim) Owen. In addition he is survived by great-nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.

Ernest spent his early years on the family farm in Elk Mound, WI. Later the family moved to Eau Claire and eventually settled in Cleghorn, WI where Ernest continued to reside for most of his adult life.. He was employed by Jerry's 66 filling station in Eau Claire until his retirement. One of Ernest's greatest joys was watching baseball games, and he was a loyal fan of the Milwaukee Brewers.

A memorial service for Ernest will take place at 11 am on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at Hulke Family Funeral Home with Pastor John van Gorkom officiating.  A visitation will take place that day at the funeral home from 10 am until the time of service.  Inurnment will take place at Rest Haven Cemetery in the Town of Washington immediately following the service.
