Darlene A. Swanson

Darlene A. Swanson, 87, of Eau Claire, WI died Tuesday November 12, 2024 at Comforts of Home in Menomonie, WI.

Darlene was born in Robbinsdale, MN and married Robert A. Swanson June 6, 1964, in Robbinsdale, MN.  She relocated to Eau Claire and was a loving and dedicated mother.  She worked many years at Menards and retired from there.

Survivors include her two sons Eric (Cathy) Hopkins, MN and Joel (Cheri) Chippewa Falls, two grandchildren Ava and Charlie.  She also is survived by many nieces and nephews.  Darlene will be deeply missed, and her legacy will live on in the hearts of those fortunate enough to know her.

A memorial service for Darlene will take place at 11 am on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at St. John's Lutheran Church, 1804 Highland Avenue, Eau Claire, WI 54701 with Pastor Christine Emerson officiating.  Memorial visitation will take place that day at the church from 10 am until the time of service.
