It is with a heavy heart that we say good bye to Karie J. Lantz, 44 who passed away Monday February 6th at her home on Crescent Ave Eau Claire, WI.

Karie is survived by her parents, Dave and Barbra Koutney, Siblings John Koutney and Kayla and Rich Obcena. And her five children; William and Wife Rose Kasputis, Nathan Kasputis, Angelina Schnook and husband Ernst Schnook, Joseph Lantz, and Breanna Lantz. As well as her four grandchildren; Ayden, Lawson, Everleigh, and William IV.

Funeral services will take place at 11 am on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Pentecostal Assembly Church, 9 9th Avenue, Eau Claire, WI 54703 with Pastor Paul Bennett officiating.  Visitation will take place at the church on Saturday from 9 am until the time of service.  Burial will be in the Lakeview Cemetery in Eau Claire at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family.

    There are no words to express how my heart feels for your huge loss. Karie was one of my dearest teenage friends and I will forever hold her in my heart. My comfort is knowing that you have one another and that she is safe in the arms of Jesus now.
