David O. Blade, age 66 of Eau Claire passed away Monday, November 19, 2018 at his home under hospice care.
Private family services will take place at a later date. Inurnment with military honors will take place in the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery in Mandan, North Dakota at a later date.
