Send Condolence

William A. Woehrmann, age 67, of Eau Claire passed away Saturday, June 23, 2018, at Milestone Senior Living in Eau Claire.

William Anthony Woehrmann, age 67, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 23, 2018. Bill was born on December 23, 1950, in Breckenridge, Minnesota, to Leroy and Dorothy Woehrmann. He married the love of his life, Sandra Kay Kalash, on June 10, 1972, who preceded him in death in 2011.

Bill’s loving surviving family includes his son Louis (Nicole) and grandchildren Hannah and Owen of Woodbury, Minnesota, and son Samuel (Seth Cotterell) of San Francisco, California, and his sister Judy (Jerry) Oren of Wahpeton, North Dakota.

With determination and Sandy by his side, Bill graduated from dental school and ran a thriving periodontal practice. Bill loved fishing, hunting, sailing, his dogs, and his family most of all. He was a devoted husband and father, a good friend, and a respected professional. Bill was the kind of man others turned to for advice, help, a laugh, and who always made other people feel comfortable.  He was a kind, loving, generous, smart, and funny man who will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.

Family, friends, colleagues, and neighbors are invited to stop by to share a story or retell a favorite (likely inappropriate) Bill joke. Bill wanted nothing more than to be reunited with Sandy again, so instead of tears please raise a glass, share a smoke, and remember to floss. Bill would have wanted it that way.

Visitation will take place on Friday, June 29, 2018, at Hulke Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. There will be no public service to conclude the visitation. Private family interment will take place in Lakeview Cemetery in Eau Claire at a later date.

Friends and family may offer condolences online at www.hulkefamilyfh.com.

Hulke Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 3209 Rudolph Road, Eau Claire, WI 54701 is assisting the family with the arrangements.

My thoughts and prayers are with Lou and Sam. We were their neighbors and totally enjoyed having them around. Both Bill and Sandy were so kind and loving to our family. Our boys and your boys were nearly the same age - we were always happy to see them playing together. I have missed Sandy who helped me through so much and now Bill will certainly be thrilled to be with his beautiful Sandy.
